Job Description We are pleased to partnering with one of our long-standing animal health clients to recruit a finance manager for their UK operation. This will be a sole charge role covering the financial accounting for an established and well respected multi-national business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced finanace manager or general accountant with experience of having sole responsibility for the business function covering all elements through to year end accounts. A hybrid role working 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Roughly within Oxford. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and supervise general accounting • Collect, verify and synthesize the company's accounting data • Ensure the production of reliable results in the form set by the Group and within the deadlines. • Supervise the justification of general accounting accounts and prepare all tax returns • Participate in the group budgeting process • Plan, coordinate and supervise company accounting and tax closings • Implement accounting procedures and manage accounting dashboards for the group • Validate Group internal controls • Prepare and supervise sub-ledger accounting • Monitor invoicing operations and validate sales figures • Assisting and preparing external year end audit. Key Attributes Experienced Finance Manager with experience managing full accounts. Experienced in using SAP would be a benefit. Advance Excel capabilities (pivot tables, V-lookups etc) Team player.
