Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a national charity to recruit for a Regional Community Fundraising Manager (London or Newcastle or Leeds based) par-time in order to lead the charity national community fundraising programme.

As a Regional Community Fundraising Manager you will:
* Lead and grow the charity regional community fundraising programme to increase income and engagement.
* Inspire and support individuals, schools, faith groups and local businesses to raise funds.
* Lead and support two Community Fundraising Officers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
* Recruit and steward regional fundraising committees and volunteers.
* Ensure all community supporters receive exceptional care, motivation and recognition.
* Monitor income and performance against KPIs and targets.
* Collaborate across departments to share success stories and amplify campaigns.
To be successful, you must have experience:
* Proven success in community fundraising or a similar supporter led role
* A natural flair for building relationships with diverse supporters
* Experience working with families, volunteers, or local groups
* Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and empower others
* The flexibility to travel across the UK, including some evenings and weekends
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of fundraising databases and regulations
Salary: £40,000- £45,000
Location: London, Newcastle or Leeds, hybrid working ,
Contract: Permanent, part-time 21 hrs over 3 days
