Arthur have partnered with a leading Lloyd's Managing Agent to support on the expansion of their Compliance Team. Our client is seeking a Compliance Analyst (Generalist) to report into the Senior Compliance Manager in a Generalist role. This is a full time, permanent role based in London on a hybrid basis (3/2).
Main Responsibilities:
* Keep updated, and deliver training on any Regulatory changes or developments
* Assist management with SMCR framework maintenance
* Assist with the design of the Compliance Monitoring programme
* Support with regulatory submissions and returns
* Project work with other business areas and key stakeholders
* Support the Conduct Risk and Financial Crime teams with ad-hoc tasks.
Experience/Qualifications:
* Educated to degree level (2:1 or above)
* A minimum of 2 years experience within Compliance from a London Market Insurer
* Lloyd's experience is essential
