Receptionist, 12 month FTC, for innovative finance company, West End – £30,000-£33,000 plus great benefits
Exciting opportunity for a 12 month FTC to join entrepreneurial finance company - leaders in sustainable and impact investing - as Receptionist with administrative duties in great offices in the West End. This international team are fun and sociable and you will be encouraged to get involved and help the wider team wherever you can!
Receptionist duties:

* Answering calls, greeting all visitors and managing meeting rooms
\t
* Ensuring smooth running of the office, liaison with suppliers, managing facilities
\t
* Arranging company events
\t
* Maintaining office policies including H&S procedures
\t
* General assistance to the wider team as required including PA duties
The right candidate will have 6-12 months’ experience working in an office environment, ideally in a SME and preferably some experience of front of house / hospitality / customer service.
This person will need to be proficient with Microsoft packages, especially Outlook, and have great attention to detail as well as being naturally helpful, proactive and able to work within a team. This person must have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be happy to get involved with the team and help out wherever they can.

Hours
The role will be based in the office full time and hours will be:
Monday-Thursday: 9:30am-6pm and Friday: 9:30am-5:30pm
