Qualifications Previous experience working with children in a play or educational setting is preferred. A genuine passion for child development and the ability to inspire creativity in young minds. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A relevant qualification in childcare or playwork is advantageous but not essential. An understanding of health and safety regulations related to children's play environments.
