IT Support Officers Band 4, 20 Months Fixed Term

If so, we are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team based at Maglona House for 20 months to support the rollout of our new ePR system across Cumbria.
The team provides remote and on-site support to users in clinical and non-clinical settings across North and West Cumbria. Responsibilities include supporting end-user devices (hardware, software, firmware) and assisting in project delivery.
You will build relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff, acting as the point of contact for hardware and software issues, and work in line with the Trust's service level agreements. Effective communication skills and flexibility to work outside normal hours are essential.
Main duties of the job
You will support a variety of hardware and software solutions, including desktop workstations, laptops, mobile carts, iOS & Android devices, printers, and telephony, following standard procedures. Knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2010 and above, and experience with MS server technologies like Active Directory in LAN/WAN environments are advantageous.
You should have experience in IT hardware and software support in busy environments, be proactive and responsive, and capable of prioritizing your workload effectively.
