This organisation are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer with experience in the industry to join their expanding Glasgow office. Thispany has a low staff turnover rate and provides you with the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging, and high-end multi-million pound projects.Your new role
1. Enforce high standards of safety and quality on your site(s)
2. Manage all resources, including labour, plant, materials, and supply chain
3. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
4. Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, calculations, and reports
5. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians
6. Ensurepliance with all regulations and best practices
7. Work in mixed collaborative teams to deliver major projects
8. Add value to projects through innovation and value management
What You'll Need To Succeed
9. A relevant degree/qualifications in Building Services Engineering
10. 5+ years of experience managing projects and M&E design teams
11. Knowledge of various MEP Design software tools/ability to perform design reviews
12. Support internal M&E Design teams with the delivery of projects
13. Ensure client satisfaction through high quality execution of planned/reactive maintenance work
14. Input into innovation; continual improvement of services and products
15. Support the wider teams by providing technical support and maintenance management duties
16. Meet target KPIs on WIP management including HIW
17. Coordinate with other disciplines and subcontractors
18. Business Development and Client Care awareness, effectively managing relationships
19. Manage and mentor graduates and junior engineers
