Salt have partnered with a leading B2C Fintech to find them a Senior Product Designer to join their growing research team as they continue to scale.
The business have just gone live with the MVP of their new product for a native iOS and mobile app. This is an opportunity to be a key voice in a small, nimble product design team, and make a real impact through your work.
Reporting into the Head of Design for Europe, you'll join a team of 4 Product Designers and 1 UX Researcher to deliver high-quality design outcomes across the entire product lifecycle, from setting goals and defining problems through to polished implementation.
You'll be contributing heavily to the acquisition channel (amongst other things), focusing on upper-funnel activation, reducing drop-off rates and improving intuitiveness for new users.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer for customer-facing B2C/D2C mobile (and web) products.
* Experience designing UX/UI for financial, transactional interfaces preferred.
* Excellent visual craft, underpinned by UCD, UX, Interaction Design and Product Thinking.
* Experience in contributing to and maintaining design systems.
* Great communication and storytelling skills and the ability to articulate design rational to both design and non-design audiences.
* A portfolio that illustrates a great understanding of the "why" behind design decisions.
* Confidence, autonomy, articulateness.
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite at the modern office in Cannon Street.
