People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers to join our well-established client based in Burton Upon Trent.
Twelve months previous Class 2 Driving experience required for this role
There is a minimum of eight hours worked per day.
Candidates must be prepared to do nights out every so often (this can be discussed over the phone).
A night out allowance is paid to the driver on return to the depot.
Must pass a driving assessment prior to start.

Day to Day Duties
As a Class 2 Driver with our client, you will:
* Complete two to five drops per day
* Deliver roller cages and totes
* Operate a tail lift
* Assist with handballing
* Drive Category C vehicles safely and efficiently
* Ensure all loads are safe and secure
* Complete any necessary paperwork
As a Class 2 Driver for our client, you would need:
* To be comfortable completing one night out a week
* To be comfortable with early starts
* To have at least 12 months previous Class 2 driving experience
* To hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
* To hold a valid CPC and Digi Card
* To have no more than six points on Driving Licence for minor infringements
Training
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
