Digital Portfolio Manager

£52,000- £57,000 + excellent bonus + benefits
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week Knutsford
This is a portfolio-level role focused on ensuring digital and technology initiatives deliver real value, align to strategy, and are executed with clarity and control.
You’ll work with senior leadership, business teams, and technology labs to shape and oversee a portfolio of digital change. The role combines strategic alignment, financial oversight, and delivery governance ensuring investment translates into measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
The role
* Oversee a portfolio of digital and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and OKRs.
* Work with business and technology teams to shape roadmaps that deliver clear customer and financial value.
* Lead business case development and support funding decisions across the portfolio.
* Track performance, costs, and benefits, ensuring initiatives remain on course and deliver expected outcomes.
* Manage and influence senior stakeholders, balancing priorities across a complex, regulated environment.
Knowledge, experience and skills
* Experience managing a portfolio of technology change or transformation programmes in a complex organisation.
* Strong financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking costs and benefits.
* Experience developing business cases and supporting funding processes.
* Analytical background, with experience in reporting and interpreting data to support decision-making.
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
