FP&A Manager

We are supporting a £40m turnover SaaS business undergoing a period of rapid growth and increasing investor expectations. The company is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to build out the FP&A function, establish a robust budgeting and forecasting process, and enhance commercial insight across the organisation.
This role will be central to developing financial planning capability from the ground up, partnering closely with the CFO, product teams, and wider leadership to deliver high‑quality analysis and forward‑looking reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and implement a structured budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning process
* Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and performance dashboards
* Partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to provide meaningful insight
* Drive improvements in data quality, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks
* Produce monthly board‑level reporting with analysis of revenue, churn, ARR, margins, and cash
* Establish cadence and discipline around planning cycles and business reviews
* Support ad‑hoc strategic projects and investor reporting requirements
Requirements
* Qualified accountant or experienced FP&A professional with strong modelling and analytical skill set
* SaaS or software sector experience strongly preferred (ARR, churn, cohort metrics)
* Demonstrated ability to build FP&A capability from scratch
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, scaling environment
* Available immediately or at short notice
