We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Cost & Value Administrator to join our team at our Singlerose depot in Stenalees. Working alongside an experienced team and engaging with colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial function through accurate financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of information including rates and cost codes
* Record delivery ticket information onto client systems and internal plant & materials systems
* Accurately post and match supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery tickets within deadlines
* Resolve invoice queries in liaison with site teams and suppliers
* Produce accruals reports for the commercial team
* Prepare weekly plant hire and materials reports for site teams

* High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and web-based systems
* Strong numerical and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work to clear timetables and manage workload independently
* A proactive and inquisitive mindset with problem-solving skills
