* Accurate processing and timely payment of invoices
* Maintaining the purchase ledger
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Assisting with month-end closing
* Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports
* Adhering to financial regulations and standards
* Collaborating with the wider Accounting and Finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger should have:
* A strong understanding of purchase ledger processes
* Experience working in the Accounting and Finance sector
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong numerical skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* A team player attitude
