What youll be doing as Inspection Operative: Youll be inspecting printed materials, spotting even the smallest inconsistencies, and setting up equipment to keep production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out visual and physical inspections of printed materials for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Identifying and reporting any defects such as misregistration, colour variation, smudging, or incorrect content. Setting up multiple slitter units. Setting up and running a 100% visual inspection unit. Splicing rolls together in line with customer specifications. What were looking for in an Inspection Operative: Experience working in printing or manufacturing environments. Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach. Ability to follow procedures, manuals, and quality standards. Good teamwork skills and a safety-first mindset. Basic computer skills.
