What is this role exactly?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Hollymere, our Retirement Living Scheme in Ellesmere Port. As an Administrator your role will include essential administration tasks, and this is also a customer-facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers’ lives.
What will my working week look like?
You will be based onsite at Hollymere, situated in Ellesmere Port. Your work hours will be 35 hours per week. We operate a two‑week rota which includes working alternate Saturdays 10‑2.
* Week 1: Monday 9am–5pm, Tuesday 8am–5pm, Wednesday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 10am–2pm
* Week 2: Monday 9am–5pm, Tuesday 9am–5pm, Wednesday 9am–5pm, Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–5pm
What will I be responsible for doing?
In addition to admin tasks you will provide support and signposting to our customers, and support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling customers at Hollymere to live independently.
This role offers variety; no two days will be the same. Customer support is key – you will be the face of the organization and the first person dealing face to face with customers and external partners.
Excellent communication skills and a people‑person attitude are a must, always looking for opportunities to improve and enhance YHG’s service to our customers.
