Salary: Band 4 - £30,000-£33,000 ( dependent on experience)

As a Nursing Associate, youll be a key part of our multidisciplinary teambridging the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.


Main duties of the job

* Delivering holistic nursing care under the supervision of registered professionals
* Carrying out clinical tasks including wound care, immunisations and long-term condition reviews.
* Administering flu vaccinations, pneumococcal and child immunisations
* Perform and record clinical observations such as blood pressure, temperature, respirations, and pulse
* To provide routine care to patients as required in accordance with clinical based evidence, NICE and the NSF
* Promote health and well-being to all patients, for example undertaking the NHS health check
* To provide wound care, dressings and other clinical tasks as required
* Carrying our cervical screenings and seasonal vaccinations
* Supporting health promotion and education initiatives
* Contributing to the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care
* Is a registered Nursing Associate with the NMC
* Has experience working in a primary care, community or similar setting
* Brings strong clinical judgement and a proactive, person-centred approach
* Communicates clearly and works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
* Is organised, adaptable and committed to professional development
* Shares our values of kindness, excellence, and accountability
* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
* Supporting safe and effective care across our practices and services

Experience

* - Is a registered Nursing Associate with the NMC
