RG consultancy are delighted to be assisting a health care provider in their search for an accounts assistant, to join their small team of five in a varied role. This position has come about due to growth within the business, so there is scope to learn and develop within this position.
Duties include:
* Payroll processing
* Processing supplier invoices
* Matching and coding invoices
* Filing invoices on the system
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any queries
* Bank reconciliation
* Liaising with management when required
* Assist senior finance members with day to day accounts duties
* Providing cover when necessary
