About Our Client
My client is a medium sized charity based in Northampton who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant full time.
Job Description
3. Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings for directors.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
5. Prepare and proofread presentations, reports, and other documents.
6. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
7. Organise and manage events, including logistics and attendee coordination.
8. Maintain accurate and confidential records and filing systems.
9. Support project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
10. Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
15. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
16. Experience working within the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
17. Can commute to Northampton.
