We have a fantastic opportunity to join the People team at Greggs as a People Support Administrator.

About the role

13. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) temporary for 12 months
14. The base location for this role is Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle, NE12 8BU

What you'll do

The primary focus of the role will be to provide an efficient people administration service for Retail and Supply, ensuring accurate and timely administrative support. This will include:

15. Processing and inputting of people related data

16. Issuing of letters and other communication

17. Dealing with telephone and email enquires (Internal and External)

18. Providing accurate and timely data to payroll

19. Scanning and uploading documents to the people system

20. Opening and sorting post

21. Supporting the People Support Centre with any other ad-hoc administration processes as required

About you

You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

22. You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels

23. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

24. Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace

25. Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising

26. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

27. IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

28. You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative

29. Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together

30. Are supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good
