As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Asbestos Survey Project Manager to join our team at our Mansfield Woodhouse Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced asbestos professional to take ownership of key projects, lead a talented team, and be part of a forward-thinking, quality-driven organisation.
The Role
As Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of asbestos survey projects from initial enquiry to completion. You'll be the driving force behind planning, coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring our clients receive an exceptional level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scoping and quoting new asbestos survey projects
* Planning and administering project workloads
* Organising and managing surveyor diaries
* Acting as line manager to the surveying team
* Liaising with clients throughout project delivery
* Conducting technical review and quality control of reports
* Completing survey re-checks and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 standards
* Undertaking site visits, scoping visits and site meetings as required
About You
You'll be an organised, proactive, and technically minded professional who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. You'll bring strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering excellence.
Essential:
* BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualification
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a similar project management or supervisory role within the asbestos sector
Preferred:
* P405, W504, or CoCA qualifications
