Responsibilities
* Work with the wider team to identify sales leads and new business opportunities.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts.
* Devise and manage campaign ideas; present campaign updates and statistics to key stakeholders.
* Meet quarterly KPIs and targets concerning customer calls and contact via telephone, email, and occasionally in person.
* Liaise with the line manager to book in-person appointments for key customers.
* Perform administrative tasks, such as audits and CRM updates.
* Use existing industry contacts to identify new business opportunities.
* Review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills; ability to work in a team and collaboratively with colleagues.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work using own initiative; capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* UK driving licence advantageous.
* Experience as a Sales Account Manager with knowledge of CRM databases; demonstrable experience in telesales is essential.
* Strong timekeeping and attendance.
