Job ref: S/75/25 Job type: Permanent Location: Cloonavin Salary: PO1 (SCP 29-32) £39,862 - £42,839 per annum Quantity of Posts Available: One Closing date: Monday 08 Dec 2025 16:00 Job summary Implement monitor and embed recommendations arising from the Transformation Programme by assisting with implementing the Asset Management Strategy and implementing arrangements to ensure that Council has a comprehensive Asset Register (including Land, Buildings, Infrastructure Assets, Vehicles, Plant and Equipment and Community/Heritage Assets) Review, preparation and development of Strategic Asset Management Plans for each Schedule of Council Assets. Preparation and development of a Council Asset register and implementation of a process by which the Asset register can be maintained and updated on a regular basis.
