Senior Hairstylist – Full Time or Part Time

Gortaclare Hair is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hairstylist to join our friendly and professional salon team on a full-time or part-time basis.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented stylist who can confidently manage a busy column, provide excellent customer service, and deliver a high standard of hairdressing across a range of services.
Key Responsibilities
* Confident in Cutting, colouring, styling and finishing hair to a high professional standard.
* Providing consultations and recommending suitable treatments and services.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Keeping workstations clean, organised and compliant with salon hygiene standards.
* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the salon.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years’ salon experience.
* Qualified in hairdressing (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred).
* Strong skills in cutting, colouring and styling.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Professional, reliable and well-presented.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
