Position: SEN Support Worker (School)

Support Students: Work with children with varying special educational needs, including those with challenging behaviour.

Personal Care: Provide necessary personal care, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene support.
IEP Implementation: Assist in executing individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of classroom teachers.
Encourage Engagement: Foster a nurturing atmosphere to boost student participation and engagement.
Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver comprehensive care and education.
Experience with children with special educational needs is a plus but not required.
Ability to manage and respond positively to challenging behaviour.
Willingness to provide personal care when needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to location and off-site activities.
