Responsibilities
* Engage customers face-to-face as part of brand partner campaigns
* Identify business opportunities and contribute to commercial targets
* Develop key business skills: communication, negotiation, and client management
* Attend performance reviews and contribute to team strategy sessions
Qualifications & Experience
* Grow through a structured graduate development pathway
* Degree in business, marketing, economics, management, or related discipline
* Strong communicator with a competitive, results‑driven mindset
* Motivated to earn through performance and grow through results
* Any degree welcome – what matters most is ambition and attitude
Requirements & Compensation
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
* £30k - £32k OTE | Fully uncapped commission structure
