Summary
Permanent 37 hours per week on rota basis. Salary NS6 £26,824 - £28,142 per annum. Pay Award Pending.
Responsibilities
* Maintain routine maintenance, operations, services, caretaking and upkeep of the Council's corporate and commercial properties within the district.
* Support the Estates Manager with the effective day‑to‑day running of operations, primarily based at Castle House in Newark.
* Interpret tasks and functions, and communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and the public while maintaining a calm and professional attitude.
* Demonstrate transferable skills; previous experience preferred but not essential.
