Shift Pattern & Pay Rates (Temp Period
- 12 Weeks) This role operates on a 3-week rotational shift pattern : Week 1: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00
- £12.25 per hour Week 2: Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00
- £12.75 per hour Week 3: Sunday-Thursday, 22:00-06:00
- £13.25 per hour The role: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for: Operating and monitoring production machinery Ensuring products are manufactured to quality standards Carrying out basic machine adjustments and fault reporting Completing production documentation accurately Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working as part of a team to meet production targets What We're Looking For Previous machine operative or production line experience (essential) Experience within food manufacturing (desirable but not essential) Strong attention to detail and quality standards A proactive and reliable approach to work Willingness to work rotating shifts Temp to Perm Opportunity After successfully completing 12 weeks, there is the opportunity to transfer to a permanent contract.
Once permanent, the salary will range between: £30,687.80
- £35,111.27 per annum Final salary will be dependent on completed training modules and progression achieved during the initial period. xxuwjjq
