About the role
A large, multi-entity finance function is hiring a Management Accountant to take ownership of accounting across a complex, international business structure.
This is a hands-on controllership role. You'll be responsible for month-end close, journal preparation, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, all delivered to tight reporting deadlines.
The team operates at scale and there's a genuine focus on process improvement and automation. You'll be expected to identify inefficiencies and work collaboratively to fix them.
What the role involves
* Month-end accounting and journal preparation across multiple entities
* Balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of any issues arising
* Liaison with internal and external auditors
* Stakeholder reporting and engagement with senior finance and operational leads
* Contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives
What we're looking for
* Qualified accountant — ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Strong Excel and systems skills
* Comfortable working to deadlines and managing upward
