They are seeking Residential Support Workers to deliver tailored 1:1 key work sessions, motivating and encouraging young people in education, apprenticeships, and employment, while supporting them to develop essential life skills for independent living. Are you the right person for the job? Experienced in working within an Ofsted-regulated environment (such as a school or childrens home) Confident in safeguarding and child protection practices Caring, resilient, and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting young people A good communicator and team player What will your role look like?
