Your new opportunity William Quarriers Scottish Epilepsy Centre is currently recruiting a Registered Nurse to cover a period of maternity leave. As a Nurse you will assist senior staff in the day to day management of patients in the assessment unit and ensure this work is in line with organisational policies and procedures. You will work with a team of clinical professionals ensuring the patients are receiving the best care during their assessment. Working pattern: This is a 1 year fixed term contract offering 39 hours per week. Shifts are 12.5 hours per day, 3 days per week, with a 4 day week every 8 weeks. What you will need to bring to the role Registered Nurse Registration status maintained by Nursing and Midwifery Council. Experience of working with people with epilepsy, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, learning disabilities or challenging behaviour. Ability to lead and develop training programmes geared to the needs of appropriate colleagues and volunteers.
