We’re looking for an ambitious and personable Graduate or Intermediate Level Building Surveyor to join a dynamic and collaborative team based in Waterloo, SE1.
The Opportunity
You'll be part of a close-knit and supportive team where your voice is heard, and your development genuinely matters. With projects ranging from high-end listed buildings to varied residential portfolios across Central London, you'll gain hands-on experience in core building surveying services including:
* Contract administration (projects up to £3.5m)
* Insurance reinstatement work
* Condition & planned maintenance surveys
* Defect analysis and diagnosis
* Party wall matters & licence to alter
* Pre-acquisition surveys
* Project management and employer’s agent roles

Building Surveyor
* A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
* Passion to build a career in consultancy and achieve chartered status
* Solid communication and IT skills (Excel & Word essential)
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* A confident, professional manner with a collaborative approach
Nice to Have
* AutoCAD experience
* Previous experience in construction or surveying
* Full driving licence
* Based within 1 hour of SE1
