Responsibilities of the Hire Desk Team Leader:
8. Dealing with customer enquiries, processing on/off hires of machinery
9. Overseeing the day to day running of the hire desk
10. Responsible for delegating workloads to a small team of hire controllers
11. Organising the delivery of equipment to customers
12. Processing invoices
13. Ensuring equipment is available to be hired to customers
14. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
15. General Administration - Keeping the system updated
The Hire Desk Team Leader will have worked as a Hire Manager, Hire Supervisor, Hire Desk Team Leader, Hire Controller, Hire Desk Controller, Hire Administrator, Hire and Sales Negotiator, Rental Controller, Rental Coordinator, Rental Manager or similar to be considered.
