HR Technology Specialist

As part of our international hospitality and real estate company, PPHE, we’re hiring a brand new permanent HR Technology Specialist to join our established team based in our London Waterloo, or our Amsterdam, office. In this role, you’ll get to be involved in the day to day administration, improvements and maintenance of our systems as well as our brand new system implementation project!

Your main duties as our HR Technology Specialist:
1. Contributes to the RFP and implementation of People Management Systems.
2. Travel between our UK and NL (Amsterdam) Head Offices - mainly during implementation phase or for other roll outs & support.
3. Administration, configuration, and governance of the different People Management Systems.
4. Supports the management of the systems dependencies and connectivity with internal and external applications.
5. Develops the reporting functionality to provide different departments and stakeholders with relevant information.
6. Contributes to development, integrity & maintenance of data, analytics, reports and dashboards.
7. Produces and delivers standard & customised data reports.
8. Coordinates the monthly releases from testing to implementation.
9. Coordinates the piloting and testing of new content, functionalities and processes.
10. Take initiative to provide functional & technical support, identify and troubleshoot system problems.
11. Ensures that content version is controlled and approved versions are implemented.
12. Delivers second-line user support and training sessions as required.
13. Designs user guides and training materials to support self-directed user learning.
14. Connects positively and engages with colleagues in the HR function as well as other departments and hotels’ teams.
15. Seeks to make continuous process and systems improvements.
16. Communicates effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and service.
17. Builds positive partnerships with key providers.

19. Follows guidance and instructions from leadership team, considers company’s standard operating procedures i.e. GDPR, employment law, HR policies and business controls.
