Mackie Myers are partnering with a start-up tech-led consumer business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business and play a key role in supporting its finance operations as it continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
* Process supplier invoices, customer payments, and employee expenses accurately and efficiently.
* Support weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring timely supplier payments.
* Assist with credit control, customer account queries, and cash flow monitoring.
* Support month-end processes, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
* Help improve finance processes, maintain financial records, and support wider finance administration.
About You
* Previous experience in transactional finance, either in Accounts Assistant or Finance Administration role.
* Experience using Sage and strong Excel skills.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
