Job Description:
JDR Recruitment are currently looking for reliable and hard-working Production Operators to join our client's busy manufacturing team based in Pontypool. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term, full-time work with the potential to become permanent.
The Role:
As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day manufacturing process, supporting the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating production machinery and equipment safely
* Assisting with the assembly and finishing of manufactured products
* Loading and unloading materials
* Carrying out basic quality checks
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Supporting other production and workshop tasks as required
This role is hands-on and can be physically demanding, requiring good manual handling ability.
