A leading medical group is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Coordinator to join their professional and welcoming team in East Grinstead.
*Due to the location, having your own transport is required. *
The Role:
Welcome patients and provide an excellent first impression.
Update and maintain accurate patient records and details.
Coordinate patient flow between reception, technicians, and consultants.
Support patients through consultations and decision-making with empathy and professionalism.
Meet conversion rate of patient from consultation to surgery KPI.
Follow up with pending patients and maintain accurate system records.
Ensure the reception area is welcoming and professional.
Handle patient queries and provide administrative support to consultants.
Prepare and send correspondence to patients and medical professionals.
The Person:
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Outgoing, confident, and adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a polite, professional approach
Team player with individual accountability and a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and perform under pressure
The Package:
