Main Responsibilities Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately during busy matchday periods Operate tills and card payment systems efficiently Check identification and follow Challenge 25/licensing regulations Maintain excellent customer service while handling large crowds Prepare and restock bar areas, fridges, glassware, and supplies before, during, and after events Keep the bar and surrounding service areas clean, organised, and hygienic at all times Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and stadium security procedures Monitor customer behaviour and report any incidents, intoxication, or safety concerns to supervisors or security staff Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cleaning tasks Adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism Provide friendly and welcoming service to enhance the overall matchday experience for guests and supporters The Ideal Candidate Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure stadium environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service Comfortable handling large crowds and busy service periods Able to follow instructions and comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations Previous bar, hospitality, catering, or customer service experience preferred but not essential Confident operating tills and handling transactions Willingness to learn and support colleagues across different areas of the venue About The Company Sodexo Live!
