A leading UK main contractor has secured a major new Industrial Warehouse & Distribution project in the East London Area and is now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on site. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for P&L of this high-value industrial scheme, leading the site team and driving performance. You will act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders, owning the programme and critical path while proactively identifying and mitigating risk. Working closely with commercial teams, you will manage variations, change control, and overall commercial performance, while maintaining strong relationships with the supply chain and consultant team. You will be accountable for productivity, sequencing, and output across the project and will report directly to the Construction Director on this flagship development. This Opportunity is a Landmark Industrial / Logistics development delivered on a fast-track programme, with multiple workstreams running concurrently. The role is site-based and offers full end-to-end ownership of delivery on a high-profile scheme secured as part of the contractor’s strong forward workload.
