Enabling them to access the personalised support they need to live independently in their own homes and access their local communities. Our Teams promote independence, build life skills and support our Service User’s in their interests and hobbies. This could be a trip to the Zoo, an evening of live entertainment, boating in the Lakes, or supporting football teams. Depending on the Service user, the level of support needed may vary per person. Responsibilities may include supporting with medication, personal care, nutrition, hydration, Community engagement and emotional care.
