Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of an international distribution company based in Chessington for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. The postholder will work in a collaborative and close-knit team, and get hands-on experience in the full management accounts process.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting the month-end financial reporting process – from dashboards and forecasts to full Management Accounts.
Assisting with monthly stock reports and maintaining the fixed assets register.
Carrying out daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
Setting up new projects and tracking costs and revenues
Being the key finance contact for budget holders.
Supporting the external audit process by keeping accurate records and data.
Getting involved in everything from nominal journals to credit card statements and beyond.Candidate Criteria
2+ years of finance experience in a busy department
Confident with Excel and Sage systems
Analytica, proactive and customer-focused with a keen eye for detail
