The Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a key role within the Group Finance function, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant consolidated reporting across the business across a number of entities
Key responsibilities

2. Preparation of annual statutory accounts for all Group entities in line with applicable financial reporting standards including FRS 102
3. Leading the annual audit process and coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate year-end financial reporting, meeting strict external deadlines within a compressed four-month post-year-end timeline
4. Leading a project to implement new accounting software for statutory accounts preparation to ensure compliance with new Companies House software filing requirements
5. Preparing monthly consolidated management accounts for the Group, including responsibility for Group consolidation processes, working to a strict month end timetable to meet reporting deadlines
