What you'll be doing
1. Carrying out high‑precision TIG welding on thin‑gauge stainless steel
2. Working confidently from engineering drawings and technical specifications
3. Fabricating and assembling bespoke components to exacting standards
4. Ensuring weld quality meets strict internal and industry requirements
5. Collaborating with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines
6. Maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant workshop environment
What we're looking for
7. Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel
8. Ability to produce clean, accurate, visually high‑quality welds
9. Strong fabrication knowledge and metal finishing skills
10. Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
11. A detail‑driven, proactive approach with pride in workmanship
12. Experience in precision, scientific, medical, or technical manufacturing is advantageous
