Role Summary
OnBrand is looking for a proactive Destination Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for a portfolio of shopping centre and destination clients across the South East.
This client-facing role will see you managing integrated marketing campaigns across social media, digital, PR, events and in-centre activations. You will act as the key account lead for several clients, working closely with our creative, PPC and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive footfall, engagement and brand visibility.
This role is ideal for someone with agency or multi-client marketing experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of client relationships and campaign delivery.
You will report to the Destination Marketing Account Director and work closely with our content, PPC and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Account & Client Management
* Act as primary account manager for 4+ shopping centre and destination clients
* Lead client meetings, presentations and reporting
* Build strong relationships with centre management teams and retailers
Campaign Planning & Delivery
* Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
* Manage campaign timelines, budgets and performance
* Coordinate with internal teams including creative, PPC and content
* Contribute to annual marketing strategies and campaign planning for client destinations
Digital Marketing & Content
* Manage social media channels and content calendars
* Oversee content creation including copy, photography and video
* Deliver email marketing campaigns and website updates (WordPress)
Events & Activations
* Plan and deliver in-centre events and consumer activations
* Manage suppliers and retailers involved in campaigns
* Identify PR opportunities and community partnerships
Reporting & Performance
* Produce monthly performance reports
* Monitor social media engagement, website traffic and campaign metrics
* Identify optimisation opportunities based on data
Media & Advertising
* Manage paid and organic media activity
* Negotiate and manage OOH placements
* Brief larger creative campaigns and installations

* Previous role within a marketing agency or working on multiple projects
* Strong social media and digital marketing expertise
* Experience planning and delivering events or activations
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong organisational and project management abilitiesExperience in destination or shopping centre marketing
* WordPress website management
* Experience managing marketing budgets and media spend
