Mobile Maintenance Engineer I am currently recrutiing for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer on behalf of my client who are medium-sized enterprise, a one stop shop for outstanding design and build solutions for commercial customers. The Maintenance division provides planned preventative maintenance services in mechanical, electrical and public health areas for commercial customers occupying ‘office type’ buildings in the Greater London area with a 24/7 emergency call-out facility for contracted customers guaranteeing a 4 hour response time.. The department is currently subject to re-structuring and aiming for sustainable growth in the next 12 months. We pride ourselves on having long standing business relationships both with customers and suppliers and very low staff turnover. Duties includes * Carry out Preventative maintenance service visits on Mechanical Equipment as per SFG20 specification (e.g: VRV/VRF & Split Systems, HVAC Systems, Booster Pumps, Primary & Secondary Heating pumps, Pressurisation Units, small Unvented and vented water systems, Plumbing services, Waste Pumps, Trace Heating) * Carry out Reactive breakdowns of above services and Fault Finding when required. * Supervise subcontractors arranged by Kentex to ensure services completed in line with H&S requirements. * To complete electronic service reports / records in timely manner * Be on call to respond to emergency call outs every Five weeks. * Report any remedial action required on serviced assets and provide details for repair required * Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, other contractors The ideal candidate will have * Previous relevant work experience in similar role (Min 5 years) * City & Guild Level 2 preferably Level 3 or equivalent qualification eg: C&G 6187 & 6187-21 * CITB Site Supervisor Safety Training qualification and valid Skill card * Must have clean criminal record. * • Full and valid UK driving licence. * • IT literate - Microsoft operating system and packages On offer * Company van: VW Caddy provided * Mobile phone and laptop/ tablet provided * 25 day / annum Bank Holidays
