Overview
2026 Graduate Programme - Earth & Environment - Ground & Water at WSP. We are recruiting Graduates to join Ground & Water teams (Contaminated Land; Demolition and Decommissioning) in various UK locations. The role involves supporting assessment, investigation, remediation, and decommissioning projects, with opportunities for fieldwork and client engagement within a leading engineering and professional advisory services consultancy.
Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day delivery of Contaminated Land projects, including Phase 1 desk studies, Phase 2 site investigation design and supervision, soil sampling, reporting, and data management.
* Assist in Demolition and Decommissioning projects, including site-based activities, monitoring operations, planning and programming, and data gathering.
* Collaborate with project managers and directors; liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members; contribute to health and safety practices and quality control.
* Contribute to environmental site monitoring, reporting, and the delivery of a range of infrastructure, water, and energy-related projects.
Qualifications
* Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant subject (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
* UK driving licence or equivalent; willingness to travel in the UK, including overnight stays.
* Ability to learn, attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication; problem-solving mindset.
* Eligibility for the Graduate Development Programme; expected start in April or September 2026.
