About the Role
We are on the lookout for an Account Manager for the Food Channel to join our dynamic team! This is a remote position with travel opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and nurture effective relationships with current and prospective customers to drive new business and maintain existing accounts.
* Deliver positive results on budgeted revenue and margin while fostering new business growth.
* Manage and report on your sales portfolio, building value for customers to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
* Secure new sales opportunities by demonstrating innovative concepts tailored to market trends and customer needs.
* Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) or contracts are collaborative documents that align with sales, profit, and brand objectives.
* Create effective customer account plans to manage existing clients and target new opportunities.
* Continuously improve the customer experience to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
* Develop a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
* Maintain expert knowledge of your customers, their competitors, and the market landscape.
* Collaborate with internal pricing and finance teams to prepare quotations and pricing proposals.
* Keep SFDC (cloud-based CRM system) updated with key sales opportunities and call reports.
* Work cross-functionally with the broader Kerry Sales, RD&A, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
* Coordinate with Demand Planning to ensure accurate sales forecasts are reflected in the business sales outlook.
Qualifications and Skills

Salary will be dependent on experience.
