Remote (UK-based) | Monthly meet-up in the South West

We’re partnering with a much-loved, design-led consumer brand that has built an exceptional reputation for quality, sustainability and authenticity. With strong regional traction, a loyal customer base and real brand heritage, the business is now entering an exciting new phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment, moving from well-established brand to nationally recognised household name.

They are values-led, sustainability-driven and operate with genuine integrity (not just good marketing). Long-term brand equity, responsible growth and product excellence sit at the core of every commercial decision.

Now, they’re looking for a Head of Sales to help lead the next chapter.


The Opportunity

This is a build-and-scale leadership role with real ownership.

As Head of Sales, you’ll shape and execute the commercial strategy, grow retail distribution and build the structure needed to support ambitious expansion, all while protecting the brand DNA that has made the business successful to date.

You won’t be inheriting a finished machine. You’ll be building it.


What You’ll Be Doing


Retail Expansion

* Grow presence across independent retailers and larger retail groups
* Lead targeted regional expansion before supporting wider UK rollout


Commercial Infrastructure

* Build scalable processes, reporting and forecasting
* Develop capability within the sales function
* Create clarity, structure and momentum around growth


Key Partnerships

* Own and nurture relationships with major retail partners and distributors
* Act as a senior commercial ambassador for the brand
* Help shape and execute expansion into European and international markets


What We’re Looking For

* Proven sales leadership experience within consumer, FMCG or retail-led brands
* A track record of scaling distribution into retail channels
* Commercially sharp, strategic thinker who still enjoys being hands‑on
* Someone who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building rather than inheriting
* Values-led and aligned with responsible, long‑term brand building
