Service Delivery Manager – Global Hospitality – £500 p/d (Outside IR35) – Central London (hybrid)
Talented Service Delivery Manager required to join our global hospitality client on a three-month contract.
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of IT services across the organisation’s global operations. You will be an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of ITIL processes, playing a key role in enhancing supplier relationships and ensuring effective monitoring of SLAs and KPIs across all technology vendors.
The ideal candidate will bring retail or hospitality industry experience, a proven track record of working closely with key managed service providers, and the ability to take full ownership of delivering reliable, high-performing IT services.
Key requirements
* Hospitality/retail or restaurant industry experience
* Experienced IT Service Delivery/Service Delivery Manager
* Proven experience in managing outsourced IT Service provers
* Vendor relationship management
* Strong ability to collaborate
* Experienced monitoring and reporting on SLAs/KPIs
* ITIL process experience
Location: Central London (3x a week)
Day Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35)
