Job Role: Chapter Lead - Engineering Manager
Working Model: Full-Time - Remote (with optional quarterly workshops/events)

Ideal Candidate:
For Senior Engineers moving into management:
* 5+ years' hands-on experience in Java, React, Angular, or similar
* Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
* Interest in business impact beyond code
* Experience coaching or guiding junior developers
For Experienced People Leaders:
* Proven track record developing technical talent
* Strong background in agile delivery and product development
* Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn
* Skilled in coaching and performance management
* Familiarity with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, automation)

What You'll Do:
* Build and scale world-class engineering teams through recruitment, mentorship, and career development
* Champion best practices, modern tooling, and architectural standards
* Contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews while staying close to technology
* Collaborate across teams and product leadership to align technical delivery with strategic objectives
* Drive innovation responsibly while maintaining compliance and security standards
* Design personalised growth paths for every team member
