Dual Registered Manager
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Services: Solo and 3-Bed Children’s Homes (EBD)
Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead two newly refurbished children’s homes in Daventry. One solo, one 3-bed. Both supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs, and both just waiting on the right manager to bring them to life.
The homes are 15 minutes apart and fully kitted out to a high spec; calm, well thought out spaces designed to be safe, supportive and stable. Renovations are done. Policies in place. The next step is someone who can own it and run with it.
You’ll be joining a provider with two Good-rated homes already up and running, and four more on the horizon. This isn’t a one-off gig, it’s a real opportunity to step into a senior post and grow with the company, with a clear path to Operations Manager, if that’s where you want to go.
The role in practice:
* Taking both homes through Ofsted registration
* Recruiting, leading and developing two small, stable teams
* Embedding consistent, therapeutic care for young people with complex needs
* Managing safeguarding, compliance, planning and day-to-day operations
* Working closely with the Responsible Individual and wider support team
* Being a visible, steady presence who sets the tone and leads by example
What we’re looking for:
* Experience as a Registered Manager (single or multi-site)
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or well on the way)
* Strong working knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regs and Quality Standards
* Someone grounded, emotionally intelligent and confident under pressure
* Comfortable building teams, culture and homes from the ground up
* Full UK driving licence
